Here is the customer's own assessment of the Imploder MK 2.

   "It's not quite what I was expecting. It's Better. Much better. In fact it's a superb instrument. The craftsmanship is outstanding and the black korina is much more striking in real life than in the pictures. It's a truly beautiful instrument, in a dark, understated sort of way. I love all the little details, like the wenge covers and the little scoops, the korina fretboard binding, the way the wenge shows through the headstock veneer where the trussrod adjuster ends. It looks every bit as good, if not better than, other guitars costing many thousands.
   More importantly it plays very well, I'll need to tweak the truss rod a fraction now it's settled in, but other than that, it's flawless. The neck profile is perfect, so it's a real joy to play. The sustain is simply unreal. Single notes on the high frets bloom and sustain and sing forever. Unbelieveably good.
   All-in-all, this is as good a guitar, if not better than anything I've ever played. And that includes a lot of very high-end instruments. So - very well done! An outstanding job."
